01 · Smart faucet & mixing valve
SBIR-funded accessibility product
I supported Nasoni on an SBIR-funded smart faucet and mixing valve development. The device incorporates three sensors and nozzles and was designed with accessibility for spinal-cord-injury (SCI) patients in mind, pairing an under-the-sink thermostatic mixing valve that precisely controls water flow and temperature.
02 · Delta-style 3D printer
Consumer hardware
I worked hand-in-hand with the entire DeltaMaker team to realize the dream of a robust, delta-style 3D printer. I engineered the complete electrical infrastructure, combining commercial components, custom circuit boards, and specialized wire harnesses, and sourced all of the off-the-shelf electrical parts needed to build it.
03 · Smart container
Connected consumer IoT
WePlenish and I partnered to create the world's first smart container. The system uses infrared sensor pairs to detect product fill levels inside the container. The main circuit board brings together WiFi connectivity, power management, user-interface elements, and sensor interfaces. I also oversaw manufacturing, including test-fixture design.
